ComAudit Services (CAS)
was founded in 1996 with a single vision of providing medium to large companies the most comprehensive cost containment and financial recovery opportunities available in the telecommunications industry!
The decision was made to offer services to clients in such a way that unless CAS was able to provide financial relief and hopefully relief from frustration, there would be no fee for service.
CAS would take all of the risk associated with billing/service clean-up and cost reduction. A fee would only be incurred as a percentage of cost reduction after savings had been realized by the client. In spite of the inherent risks associated with this business model and an added emphasis on providing services without changing carriers, ComAudit Services has achieved success helping businesses around the country become more efficient and save money.
In 2006 ComAudit Services began recognizing a need to provide additional auditing services to our clients. We established strategic partnerships for the sole purpose of identifying new opportunities to assist our clients in becoming more profitable and improving their bottom line. Our partners have similar business models and the same level of professionalism. Over the years they have been able to provide many successful audits for our clients.

The ComAudit Team is led by Dean Rowen and Nancy Hyatt.
Dean Rowen / President, Northern California Division
Dean Rowen has over 20 years of experience in the Accounting and Telecom Industries. Prior to starting his own Telecom Auditing Company in 1996, Mr. Rowen held a senior management position with one of the first and largest competitive local exchange carriers in the United States. It was there that he was exposed to virtually every facet of the Telecom Industry. Over the last 10 years, Mr. Rowen has overseen and been actively involved in over 100 Telecom Auditing Projects. He was integral in bringing on line the telecom auditing tools that are pivotal in providing large corporations the depth and sophistication essential for dealing with the increasing complexities in their infrastructure. Moreover, he is also instrumental in helping companies implement long-term solutions using TEIMS our on line Telecom Expense and Inventory Management System.
Nancy Hyatt / President Southern California Division
Nancy Hyatt began her telecom career in the mid-eighties during the height of the telecom divestiture. With over 20 years of successful management experience at several leading telecom service providers, Nancy has gained the reputation as one of the leaders in the industry. She mantains a level of Telecom experience that few in the industry possess. Ms. Hyatt is actively invoved in auditing projects and is focused on overseeing our processes, ensuring that projects remain on task. She is committed to providing a deliverable that is unequalled in the industry.
