The client was moving their accounting department to a new facility. The new office was in a location that had an existing phone system they were hoping to utilize. Their IT Department was buried with a project and they didn't have the resources to allocate to the move.

ComAudit completed the following Telecom Outsource Services:
Confirmed basic client needs such as numbers of employees and their respective voice and data requirements.
Evaluated existing facilities and phone system to determine our ability to re-use based on our clients needs.
Coordinated clients move schedule with carriers and vendors.
Placed carrier orders and worked with carriers and vendors to ensure timely installation.
Determined how best to structure call forwarding or new number notification and verify timely implementation for all effected employees.
Following up on orders and troubleshooting all issues throughout the move.

Once we had defined all of our clients needs, the process of planning the move and placing orders was relatively simple. Unfortunately as often happens, the client needed to change the move date on two separate occasions. Each time required multiple calls and follow up with all effected parties. The good news for our client was that ComAudit did all of the work and the impact to their staff was negligible. On move day a few employees missed out on the voicemail training for their new system. This resulted in some panicky phone calls associated with the change. Other than that it was a fairly painless transition.

"Hiring Com Audit Services was one of the best business decisions we made all year. Not only did they uncover areas where we were overspending, but we also had billing issues with our existing provider that we were unable to get resolved and they persevered until it was completed."
